This website does not use cookies or any analytics or tracking tools, and it does not embed content from third parties (such as fonts, maps, videos or social media plugins). We only process personal data to the extent described below.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

When you visit the website, technically necessary data (including IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type) is recorded in server log files. This serves the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the technical provision and security of the website. The data is deleted after 7 days.

For the page view counter in the footer, a single total is simply increased by one on each page view. No IP addresses, cookies or other personal data are stored for this.

4. Contacting us by email or phone

If you contact us, we process the information you provide (such as name, email address and the content of your inquiry) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise. The data is deleted once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20), as well as the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, please use the contact details above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the authority responsible for our registered office: Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
